Elbit Systems Land and C4I is to upgrade 28 BAE Systems M113A2 tracked armoured personnel carriers (APCs) for the Philippine Army, 14 of which will be fitted with the turrets of decommissioned Alvis Scorpion armoured reconnaissance vehicles.
