Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri has completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) following the sale of 500 million shares at a price of EUR0.78 (USD1.06) each, the company announced on 3 July.
The IPO sees 29.54% of Fincantieri's stock listed and values the company at EUR1.32 billion.
