Territorial issues with China have left defence officials at the ASEAN Defence Senior Officials' Meeting Plus (ADSOM Plus), held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 13-14 February, unable to agree on the agenda for the upcoming ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting Plus (ADMM Plus).
