Norway has downselected AgustaWestland and Eurocopter for the Norwegian All Weather Search and Rescue Helicopter (Nawsarh) programme.
The country has a requirement of up to 16 new SAR helicopters, with an option for six more. These will replace Norway's 12 Sea King Mk.43s, in service since 1972.
