Finnish engineering company Etteplan Oyj has acquired Swedish defence industry engineering consultancy ProAvia Konsult AB, Etteplan announced on 9 January.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed but the company notes that the deal will have "a minor effect" on Etteplan Oyj's 2014
